1. Essential technologies

Cazovia uses strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to maintain secure sessions, protect account access, preserve virtual balances, prevent abuse and remember your privacy choice. These technologies are required for the requested service and cannot be switched off through the optional consent controls.

2. Optional categories

Analytics helps us understand visits, navigation, game interactions, technical performance and aggregated product usage. Advertising measures campaigns, attributes registrations and supports advertising audiences where permitted. Personalization supports remembered preferences and personalized advertising where permitted.

Optional categories remain denied until you select “Accept All” or enable them through “Manage Preferences”. Selecting “Reject Optional” does not block access to the free core service.

3. Providers currently used

Cazovia uses Google Tag Manager to manage optional measurement technologies. Depending on your choices, the Platform may activate Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, and Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Snapchat Pixel for advertising measurement. Taboola Pixel, Pinterest Tag, X Ads and Microsoft Advertising UET are supported by our consent controls but are not activated unless we add and disclose their tags.

These providers may receive browser or device information, pages and interactions, campaign and referral information, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or advertising identifiers, and registration or gameplay events. We do not intentionally send passwords, Gold Coin balances or the contents of support messages to advertising providers.

4. Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode

Cazovia establishes denied Google Consent Mode signals before optional tracking is loaded. Google Tag Manager remains unloaded until you grant at least one optional category. When a saved choice exists, the relevant consent state is restored before the container loads. Tags inside Google Tag Manager must also require the category appropriate to their purpose; advertising tags are not authorized by analytics-only consent.

5. Your choice and its duration

Your selection, the consent-text version, time of choice and enabled categories are stored on your device for up to 180 days. We also keep a minimal server-side consent record containing a random browser identifier, the button selected, enabled categories, notice version and timestamps. This lets us evidence choices and report aggregate acceptance statistics without storing an IP address or device fingerprint in the consent record. We may ask again earlier if the purposes, providers or wording materially change. Use the “Cookie Settings” control available throughout the Platform to review, change or withdraw your choice.

6. Global Privacy Control

When a supported browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Cazovia keeps advertising and advertising-personalization categories disabled. Other legally required browser privacy signals will be respected when applicable.

7. Browser controls and withdrawal

You may also remove stored cookies through your browser. Removing essential session storage may sign you out. Withdrawal applies to future processing; providers may retain earlier lawfully collected information for the period described in their applicable notices and our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates and contact

We update this notice when providers or purposes materially change and request renewed consent where required. Provider retention periods are controlled by our account settings and the applicable provider terms. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].
