1. Operator and agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and TOV “AHRO-YUA” (Ukrainian: ТОВ «АГРО-ЮА»), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Ukraine, company identification code 32779854 (the “Company”, “Cazovia”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered office is 7 Tsentralna Street, Troitske Settlement, Lozivskyi District, Kharkiv Region, 64113, Ukraine. Cazovia is the brand used for the website at cazovia.com, related account services, virtual rewards, promotions and games (together, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accepting these Terms or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Free-to-play entertainment only

Cazovia is a social casino for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling, deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes or anything redeemable for money, goods or services. No purchase is necessary or available in the current version.

Gold Coins are virtual entertainment points only. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, a financial product or personal property and have no monetary value inside or outside the Platform.

3. Eligibility and territories

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old, have reached the higher legal age required where you live, and are legally permitted to access this type of free social-casino entertainment. The Platform is not offered where its use would be unlawful.

You are responsible for complying with local law. We may restrict or discontinue access in any country or region for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons. You must not disguise your location or bypass a restriction. Availability of the website in a country does not represent a legal opinion that every feature is permitted there.

4. Account registration

You may register with email and password or an available third-party sign-in service such as Google. Registration information must be accurate, current and yours to use. Unless we approve otherwise, one person may maintain one account.

Usernames must not impersonate others, infringe rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or mislead users. We may reject or change a username where reasonably necessary.

5. Account security

You are responsible for protecting your device and credentials and must not sell, lend, share or transfer an account. Contact [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may temporarily restrict an account while investigating suspicious activity and may require reasonable verification before restoring access.

6. Gold Coins and balances

Gold Coins may be awarded through registration, login, gameplay, bonuses, promotions, referrals, VIP progress or administrative corrections. Eligibility, amounts, limits and timing may vary.

Gold Coins cannot be bought, sold, gifted, traded, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed. We grant a limited, personal and revocable permission to use them only on the Platform. The authoritative balance is the balance recorded by our server-side ledger. We may correct balances affected by errors, duplicate rewards, exploits or fraud.

7. Promotions and rewards

A promotion may have additional rules, eligibility conditions, start and end times, account limits and cooldown periods. Specific promotion rules control if they conflict with these Terms.

We may amend, suspend or end a promotion and may reverse rewards obtained through automation, duplication, technical error, misrepresentation or prohibited conduct, subject to applicable mandatory law.

8. Games and outcomes

All rounds are for entertainment. Stakes, wins, multipliers and other results affect virtual Gold Coins only and do not represent real-money odds, financial returns or a promise of future outcomes.

We may add, alter, suspend or remove games and features. If a display differs from the valid server record because of interruption or error, the server record and applicable game rules control, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not use bots, scripts, macros, automated play, exploits, unauthorized software, coordinated accounts or manipulated devices; interfere with security; scrape restricted information; reverse engineer protected code; probe vulnerabilities without written authorization; obtain rewards dishonestly; access another account; or use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity.

10. Responsible play

Cazovia may provide reminders, cooling-off tools, self-exclusion and account closure. You must not circumvent a restriction through another account. These tools are not medical or emergency services. If play interferes with daily life, stop and seek qualified independent help.

11. Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, original games, interfaces, text, artwork, audio and software are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Platform for lawful entertainment. No ownership rights are transferred.

12. Third-party services

Authentication, hosting, analytics, communications or external links may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. Cazovia games and their creative presentation are exclusive to the Platform. We are not responsible for independent external websites, but this does not limit responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

13. Availability and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, networks, security incidents, supplier changes or events beyond reasonable control may affect access. We may update features for security, performance, compliance or user experience.

14. Suspension and account closure

You may request closure at [email protected]. Closure ends access to Gold Coins, progress and benefits, except for records we lawfully retain.

We may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these Terms, law, security controls or promotion rules were violated. Where law requires, we will provide notice, reasons or a review opportunity.

15. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, liability for fraud, personal injury, gross negligence or any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to those mandatory rights, neither the Company nor its service providers is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of data or interruption. No claim may be valued by assigning cash value to Gold Coins.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without applying rules that would defeat mandatory consumer protection. If you are a consumer, you retain any non-waivable rights and access to courts or dispute procedures granted by the law of your habitual residence.

Before formal proceedings, please describe the issue to [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a regulator, court or consumer remedy available under applicable law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for product, legal or security reasons. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Where required, material changes will be communicated before they take effect and fresh consent will be requested when legally necessary.

18. General provisions and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account; we may assign the Platform as part of a lawful reorganization or business transfer, subject to applicable law.
